Buy & Print E-Ticket FAQs

I can't seem to get my order to go through.  What's happening?
There are a couple options as to what may be happening with your order:
1.  We only accept Master Card, Discover & Visa.  Were you trying to use a different credit card?  If you're using a debit card, do you have sufficient funds in your account?  Could you card be declining?
2.  Try closing your browser and/or restarting your computer.
3.  If you receive a website error, please call 315-369-6145 while your browser is still open so we can try to assist you.

What if I can't print my tickets?
If you're having difficulties with your printer, try to use a friend or family member's printer or a work printer.  If you're unable to do this, come to the main office in the front of the park on the day of your visit and we will be happy to print them for you.

I can't seem to locate my tickets.  Where do I obtain them?
You can obtain your tickets two ways after completing your order.  You can log into the account that you set up when you purchased your tickets or check your email, they were sent there once your order was complete.  If they are not in your inbox, check your spam folder or call us at (315) 369-6145.

What if I lose my ticket?
The Enchanted Forest/Water Safari is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.  If you've lost your ticket, you can reprint it by downloading it from your email attachment, or by logging into your account on our site.  However, if your ticket has already been redeemed at the admission gate, we are not responsible for replacing your ticket.

What if I forget my ticket?
If you forgot your ticket and have arrived at the park, we would be happy to print your ticket for you.  However, if your ticket has already been scanned at the admission gate, we are not responsible for replacing your ticket.

Are there any restrictions on my tickets?
Enchanted Forest/Water Safari tickets are valid only for specific ages (Adults ages 12 & up and Children ages 3 - 11, 2 and under are free)  Your tickets may not be resold and will become void if resold.  Season passes are non-transferable - they may only be used by the card holder, as a picture is used to determine identity.

How do I enter the park?
There is a special gate for prepaid and Internet tickets at our admission gates.  The bar code on your ticket will be scanned for authenticity at the gate and will only admit one scan per ticket.  Once you've entered the park with your E-ticket, it becomes void and cannot be used again.  If you exit the park, you must have your hand stamped to re-enter.
