Enchanted Forest Water Safari is committed to high quality service to ensure each and every guest has a memorable experience throughout the entire day.  If you have any questions while at the park or need assistance, any of our staff would be happy to help you. Our Guest Service kiosk is located right next to Paul Bunyan in the front of the park.   

Lockers
A limited number of lockers are available in both our men's and women's locker rooms. Locker Keys is located up the ramp to your right behind Paul Bunyan. Unisex lockers are also available in the rear of the park behind the carousel and adjacent to the bumper cars. Lockers are available for unlimited use all day for a small fee and key deposit. They are on a first-come first-served basis. Changing facilities, handicap restrooms and baby changing stations are available in all of our locker rooms.

Lost and Found
Items of lesser value - shirts, towels, shoes, etc. are returned to Lost and Found located at Locker Keys in the front of the park. Items of value - jewelry, wallets, money, purses, sunglasses are returned to the main office. If you have lost an item check either of these locations depending on the value of the item lost. If the item has not been found, you may fill out a lost form and if the item is located, we will contact you. Please ask any of our team members for assistance.

Meet me at...
We recommend that your party choose a time and place to meet before you leave the park for the day or should you become separated.  Paul Bunyan, located in the front of the park just inside the entrance/exit is a popular meeting point. We do not offer personal paging.

Stroller, Tube & Life Preserver Rentals
A limited number of daily stroller rentals (singles & doubles) and 'VIP' double tubes rentals are available for a small fee and deposit.  Strollers are available for rent at Locker Keys in the front of the park behind Paul Bunyan up the ramp to the right. Double tubes are available for rent at Locker Keys in both the front and back of the park. You do not need to rent a tube. Tubes are available for all rides that require them.  Renting a tube allows you to skip the line at the bottom and head straight to the top of the tube ride. Double tubes are permitted on all tube rides with the exception of Raging Rapids. Tubes are not permitted in any pools. Life Preservers are available with a deposit at both Front and Back Locker Keys. Wheelchair rentals are currently not available.

ATM, Checks & Credit Cards
An ATM is available inside the Paul Bunyan gift store in the front of the park, and also at the Woodcenter gift store in the back of the park. Enchanted Forest Water Safari does not accept personal checks.  Travelers Checks are accepted at all registers. Mastercard, Discover & Visa credit cards are accepted for admission, at our main gift shops and at our larger food stands. An ATM is also located in the main lodge at the Old Forge Camping Resort.

Currency Exchange
Canadian currency is accepted at the Enchanted Forest Water Safari and Calypso's Cove. Funds are exchanged at the current rate.

Handicap Parking & Restrooms
Handicap parking is available directly in front of the admission gates. All of our restrooms are handicap accessible and are located in the front locker rooms, next to the Candy Store in the middle of the park, adjacent to the Tidal Wave Pool, at the Museum, at the Adirondack Expedition locker rooms and next to the Woodcenter gift store.

Parking
Parking is always FREE at the Enchanted Forest Water Safari!

Film/Cameras
Kodak film and disposable cameras may be purchased in the Paul Bunyan Gift Store, the Woodcenter Gift Shop, the Island Trader & Trading Post.

Sun Protection
Sunscreen is available in most of our gift stores. It is very important to protect your skin by reapplying sunscreen frequently throughout the day and especially after getting out of the water. Remember to drink plenty of fluids and to seek shade periodically. Even on cloudy days you can get sunburned.

Re-entering the park
You may enter and exit the park during the day. You must exit through the Paul Bunyan Gift Store, get your hand stamped and re-enter through the admission gate. You may also exit and enter the park through the gate by Calypso's Cove after 11am when Calypso's Cove is open. 

Admission
Enchanted Forest Water Safari offers a pay-one-price single day admission rate and a season pass rate. We do not offer multiple day passes, however you may take advantage of our Siesta Savings any day! Arrive after 3:00pm (2:00pm on days we open at 10:00am) and pay admission, you will receive a Siesta Pass valid for re-admission any one day during the current operating season. Pets
You may bring your pet to Enchanted Forest Water Safari, however they are not permitted in any of the water areas. They must be kept on a leash, never left unattended and picked up after. Helpful Hint: Leave your pet at home and never leave your pet in the car. Call Feathers and Boughs at (315) 369-2323 to arrange a special day of fun for your furry family member at a caring facility! 

Weather
For the safety of our guests and team members, Enchanted Forest Water Safari will close certain rides and attractions during inclement weather.  Rides will remain open during rain, however depending on the intensity of the rain, wind, and lightning some or all rides may close until the weather passes. We will reopen rides as soon as safely possible. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or rain checks.

Heated Water
All of the water at Enchanted Forest Water Safari is heated to an average temperature of 77 - 80 degrees.  This temperature varies based on evening temperatures and current weather conditions.

Accommodations
For the Ultimate Adirondack Experience we recommend you visit the Enchanted Forest Water Safari during the day, Calypso's Cove in the evening and spend the night right next door at the Old Forge Camping Resort or the Water's Edge Inn. Enchanted Forest Water Safari offers a free daily shuttle from the campground. You may also take advantage of our Stay 'N Play packages with weekday overnight stays. Early advance reservations are recommended as the accommodations fill up quickly, especially on special event weekends. Best Days to Visit
Enchanted Forest Water Safari recommends you come early or late in the season or come on Mondays or Fridays - they tend to be the least busy days. Enchanted Forest Water Safari offers so many rides and attractions that even on the busier days, you won't spend your fun time in line.

Lounge Chairs
A limited number of lounge chairs are available in all of our water areas at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

Diaper Changing
Diaper changing facilities are located in all of our restroom facilities.

Announcements/Paging
We do not offer personal paging.

Circus Shows
Two circus shows are held daily at Noon and 4:00pm. The circus arena is located in the rear of the park just beyond Dawson City. You may also take the train to the "Adirondack Expedition" and the circus arena. Click here to see who's performing this year!

Picnic Facilities
Picnic tables are located in the picnic pavilions beyond Dawson City. During special events, some pavilions may be reserved. Charcoal grills are located at the circus area, Sunshine Grove Pavilion and Yukon Pavilion. 

Paul Bunyan's All-U-Can-Eat Buffet
The hearty meal is definitely fit for a giant lumberjack! Served on days we're open until 7pm from 5:00 - 6:30pm at the Tidal Wave Picnic Grove, this All-U-Can eat BBQ features BBQ Chicken, Ribs, Beef, 1/4 lb. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Roasted Corn on the Cob, Salads, Baked Beans, Fresh Watermelon and Beverages.
